• Manage every creative and technical detail of the project for the client:
While the vendor was clearly capable of executing the ecommerce site, the business owner needed to delegate the oversight of the aesthetic and functionality of the project. Kelly took the reigns and guided the vendor at every turn, making the process seamless, efficient and cost effective by reducing revisions.
• Oversee SEO and conversion optimization to ensure growth:
With 15 years experience in foundational, white hat SEO, Kelly provided management over keyword research and analysis, defined target keywords and phrases with the vendor, approved site architecture, content parameters and pushed the vendor to include all conversion optimization best practices to create a lead and sales generation machine.
