For a traditional printer entering into the digital space with variable data offerings, a website re-launch was proving challenging—from the limitations of a prefabricated theme and an overseas web development vendor to lack of SEO experience among the project team.
The biggest challenge for Sentinel Innovation was that it only ranked well on Google for branded terms and a single non-branded term. She created an action plan for the team as project manager and worked collaboratively and effectively to ensure the 6-week project deadline was met—and that all previous pages were properly redirected upon site re-launch (the most critical and most common oversight among web developers).
• Optimize the site to increase qualified traffic and leads:
Starting with foundational, white hat SEO, Kelly educated the internal team on keyword relevance, research and analysis—and together they defined the target keywords and phrases, site architecture and content parameters.
