Forbes Councils 2021 (Virtual Presentation)

The Four Questions Every Conscious Leader Asks

In this session, attendees learned that healing from our past trauma informs our efficacy as leaders. Particularly as women in leadership roles, there are common misconceptions around empathy and vulnerability. Kelly expressed that being unapologetic about our values helps us create more sustainable businesses. She shared with us four questions every conscious leader asks.

• Where am I? (How am I showing up right now?)
• Can I accept where I am? (Can I stay with the emotion?)
• Am I willing to shift? (Beyond wanting to, will I commit?)
• How am I going to shift? (What or how will I change?)

How Can I Help?

Is your organization looking for an agency leadership or growth expert for an upcoming event, whether virtual or live? Let’s talk.

Part business coach, part shaman, Kelly has been in the trenches of owning, scaling and selling an agency. She instantly earned my trust, being intimately familiar with the pain points unique to our industry. Her humanistic approach to business and leadership coaching has helped me understand my own leadership style, the choices I’ve made that have helped and hindered my company’s growth, and most importantly, the underlying reasons I made those choices in the first place. This has been critical to my evolution as a leader. Lastly, Kelly never ends a call without offering actionable guidance that I can implement immediately. I consider her an important member of my inner circle of advisors.
