The need to lead is often a trauma response. What we have come to call leadership is often born of adverse childhood experiences that manifest as dysfunctional leadership behavior—in controlling and pleasing alike.

Heal to Lead is for those who recognize that their emotional history may be impeding personal growth and organizational success.

High-conscious leaders are self-aware visionaries who remember why they are here. By doing the work to heal their early psychological wounds, real leadership emerges, allowing them to disrupt the default of patriarchal, extractive, and supremacist business practices.

Kelly L. Campbell proposes a rebellious approach to leadership in Heal to Lead. Sharing powerful stories about their own life experience and expertise as a trauma-informed coach, Campbell offers four fundamentals for unveiling the high-conscious leader within: Integrating Trauma, Embodying Vulnerability, Leading with Compassion, and Lighting the Way.

So, what happens when we take responsibility for our own healing as leaders?

For executives, entrepreneurs, and leaders willing to follow through, Heal to Lead invites you to liberate yourself from maladaptive behaviors that never served your highest function. You’ll begin to love who you truly are; you’ll learn to trust your intuition, gain access to new levels of creative thinking, and communicate with greater intention. You’ll discover how to engage, connect, and invest more deeply in all relationships. By becoming more self-aware as a leader, you will remember why you’re here—and see clearly how much your contributory gifts are needed.

Are you ready to do the work?

Who is Kelly L. Campbell?

As a Trauma-Informed Leadership Coach, Kelly Campbell (they/she) works with emerging and established visionaries who know they are meant for more.

The former CEO of a cause marketing firm for 14 years, they sold that business in 2016 and dove head first into personal development work in search of “happiness.” From Buddhist psychology and shadow work to spirituality, energy healing, plant medicine, and everything in between, Kelly has been on a remarkable healing journey for nearly three decades.

As she worked with other creative and tech leaders as a consultant to other agency founders—while integrating the traumatic experiences from childhood—the why behind her entrepreneurial drive, perfectionist tendencies, and maladaptive behaviors became clear.

Greater self-awareness made way for high-consciousness leadership, but the key was trauma integration, and no one was talking about it!

As a keynote speaker, workshop facilitator, coach, podcast host, writer, and author, Kelly inspires revelation and responsibility in leaders across the globe. She writes for Entrepreneur, has written for Forbes, and offers exclusive content on their Substack—“The New TLC: Trauma, Leadership, and Consciousness.”

In 2017, she trained as a Climate Reality Leader by Al Gore of the Climate Reality Project and enjoys serving meals to community members in need. Most recently, Kelly became certified as a Reiki Level III Practitioner.
