Trauma-Informed Leadership

Being informed about how your own trauma impacts your leadership style and your way of being in the world is where we start. Beyond ourselves, when we can be empathetic to the experiences of others who are operating from a place of trauma response, we lead with compassion and accountability. You’ll learn why trauma integration and trauma-aware organizations are the new competitive advantage.

Focus for Forward Progress

The opposite of remedial break-fix work, this workshop is about learning how to trust yourself, and setting healthy boundaries with others around your time and energetic availability. From this place, we can more easily discern which people, projects and passions receive our attention—and which don’t. This workshop is for leadership teams or managerial groups that find themselves in the weeds, people-pleasing (or people-controlling) and unable to make consistent forward progress.

Trauma, Meet Regulation

Trauma—whether vicarious, childhood, generational, or collective—lives in the body. We don’t need to become more resilient; we need to understand what’s happening inside of us. From there, we can release and integrate traumatic experiences, learn to regulate our emotions and operate from our prefrontal cortex. This training is for leadership teams or groups that work in high-stress or high-pressure sectors.

Overcoming Anxiety & Imposter Syndrome

The root of anxiety is nervous system dysregulation. The root of imposter syndrome is typically childhood trauma. In this mental health workshop for teams or groups, we unpack what’s under these common causes of suffering. I’ll provide actionable tools and resources to empower participants to help themselves, which will impact all aspects of their lives.
