SOMATIC INTIMACY COACH

Intimacy begins within.

Deepen your capacity for connection—with yourself, others, the sacred, and life itself.

Intimacy is our capacity to be present with ourselves. To know what we feel, want, need, and believe. To stay connected to ourselves while in relationship with another. To inhabit our bodies with less shame and more curiosity. To experience pleasure without having to earn it.

And sometimes, intimacy is simply our willingness to be fully here for our own lives.

As a Somatic Intimacy Coach, I offer a space to explore the places where connection has become complicated—and to cultivate a more trusting, embodied relationship with yourself, others, the sacred, and the world around you.

Where do we begin? You can start with what is asking for your attention.

What is Somatic Intimacy Coaching?

Most of us learned something about intimacy long before we had language for it.

We learned whether our needs were welcome. Whether our bodies were safe to inhabit. Whether desire could be expressed. Whether boundaries would be respected. We also absorbed messages about gender, sexuality, pleasure, religion, relationships, and what kinds of bodies or desires were considered acceptable.

Those experiences shape how we relate—to our bodies, to other people, to pleasure, to the divine, and to life itself.

Somatic Intimacy Coaching brings the body into the conversation.

Rather than only asking What do you think about this?, we become curious about What happens inside you when you move toward what you want? When someone gets close? When you say no? When you receive? When you are seen?

The body often knows where the words haven’t reached yet.

Together, we listen.

What territory might we explore?

You might want to deepen a relationship, explore your gender or sexuality, untangle religious conditioning, or name desires you’ve spent years keeping quiet.

You might want to reclaim pleasure after disconnection from your body—or perhaps sex isn’t the focus at all.

Maybe receiving care feels harder than giving it. You know your boundaries intellectually but struggle to feel them in your body. Being fully seen feels both nourishing and terrifying.

Or you may be longing for a deeper relationship with God, Source, the divine, your own soul—or however you understand what is sacred.

You may simply want to feel more alive and have a growing desire to experience eros in more aspects of your life.

Wherever your attention is, that’s where we can begin our work together. We’ll follow the threads of your body’s wisdom as it unwinds, unfurls, and begins to open—all at the pace of your nervous system.

Our work might dive into:

your relationship with your body, including shame, belonging, body image, or embodiment

desire, pleasure, eroticism, and pleasure reclamation

gender, sexuality, and becoming more fully yourself

religious or cultural conditioning around bodies, sex, gender, desire, or worth

boundaries, consent, voice, choice, and your own yes, no, and not yet

patterns of overgiving, self-abandonment, or difficulty receiving

intimacy within romantic, sexual, platonic, polyamorous, or other relationships

vulnerability, attachment, trust, and being fully seen

spirituality, sacredness, life force, and the divine

greater capacity for connection, presence, pleasure, and aliveness
