In Heal to Lead, Kelly L. Campbell takes a revolutionary approach to leadership.

“High-conscious leadership is needed today more than ever, and Kelly provides the blueprint. As we collectively wake up as a society, this book is a treasured guide. Kelly understands that empathy, vulnerability, and compassion are the foundation of all great leaders. She also understands that until we take responsibility to do the work and heal our trauma, we cannot fully embody who we want to become. Her work is a paradigm shift in every sense of the word.”

Dial Up Your Curiosity

Leadership is often born of a response to adverse childhood experiences.
Trauma is what lies beneath the dysfunctional behavior that some leaders exhibit—people-controllers and people-pleasers alike.

Heal to Lead is for those of us who recognize that our emotional history may be blocking our personal growth, ascension into higher consciousness and organizational success. Conscious leaders are self-aware, vulnerable, empathetic and supportive of all stakeholders. Those who work to integrate their trauma are more respected. More approachable. More human.

Kelly L. Campbell proposes a revisionist entrance into conscious leadership in Heal to Lead. Sharing powerful stories about their own life experience and expertise as a trauma-informed coach, Campbell offers four fundamentals for unveiling the high-conscious leader within: Integrating Trauma, Embodying Vulnerability, Leading with Empathy and Lighting the Way.

So, what happens when we take responsibility for our own healing as leaders? We liberate ourselves from the oppressive emotions and maladaptive behaviors that show up as we lead. We learn to trust our intuition instead of our instincts. We unlock access to new levels of creative thinking. We engage, connect and invest more deeply in all of our relationships. Beyond ourselves, we can be empathetic to the experiences of others and recognize when they are operating out of response to trauma. And as we become more socially conscious, we will lead organizations that are inclusive, sustainable and impactful beyond measure.

Are you ready to do the work?

Who is Kelly L. Campbell?

Kelly works with self-aware visionaries as a certified Trauma-Informed Leadership Coach, and has been a Conscious Leadership Coach and Agency Growth Consultant since 2016.

The former CEO of a cause marketing firm for fourteen years, they sold that agency and dove head first into personal development work in search of “happiness.” From Buddhist psychology and shadow work to spirituality, energy healing, plant medicine and everything in between, Kelly has been on a remarkable healing journey for nearly three decades.

As she continued to integrate the traumatic experiences from childhood, the why behind her entrepreneurial drive, perfectionist tendencies and maladaptive behavior became clear.

Greater self-awareness made way for high-consciousness leadership, but the key was trauma integration—and no one was talking about it!

Now, Kelly’s work as a coach, keynote speaker, workshop facilitator and writer inspires revelation and responsibility in leaders across the globe. She writes for Entrepreneur and has written for Forbes on the intersection of what she calls “the new TLC”: trauma, leadership and consciousness.

A conscious leader herself, Kelly is also the founder of Consciousness Leaders, the world’s most diverse and equitable speaker’s collective, helping organizations drive lasting results and creating transformative change in the world.
