In Their Own Words…

Mari D.
“The retreat was an opportunity to discover new ways to authentically relate to myself and others. A safe container felt like a playground with humans who understood the desire to connect in ways that honor our sovereignty and our capacities for play.”

Bernadette P.
“I left this retreat feeling deeply nourished. Yes, the food too was amazing. But the nourishment I’m referring to feels akin to being watered… The kind of water that’s warm, gentle, and offers constant holding. We were fed by attentive and present hosts who loved us. Permission and consent filled every room. I didn’t know how much I needed this retreat. I am grateful to have attended.“

Jeremy O.
“This retreat created a canvas to ask for what you truly want and need. To learn to use a muscle many of us have forgotten, immersed in a community of love.”

Nevine S.
“The cuddle retreat was truly groundbreaking. I was nervous going in since it was my first experience of this kind, but I left feeling like a new person. It was so empowering to voice my wants and needs, to feel them honored, and to practice navigating yes and no within my body. The retreat brought me closer to myself, emotionally and physically, in a way that’s hard to put into words but deeply felt.”

Ethan W.
“I have done many different types of workshops and retreats over the years that have been very powerful. But this was something new and deep for me that I am still integrating and taking in a couple weeks after. It was such a gentle container that allowed for adjustment of the needs of each individual in the group, and allowed for the holding of a range of experiences. For me I was allowed to so softly land into intimacy and connection with others, in a way that I left this experience profoundly changed and more alive.“

Katie T.
“My relational nervous system got rewired. The variety of 1:1 immersive cuddle sessions allowed different parts of me to both express and receive in profound new ways. The long weekend was a gentle, potent, and fun container so full of love. I feel different. This retreat has fundamentally shifted my relationship with myself and with life. What a gift!”
