Kelly L. Campbell (they/them) is sacred presence for the brave-hearted who want to feel fully alive and whole. They’re a certified trauma-informed leadership coach, cuddle therapist, somatic practitioner, and facilitator of healing retreats. Kelly’s life work is culminating in their calling to become a sacred intimate—spiritual sexuality work—guided by the wisdom of Somatic Experiencing® International (SEI), the Institute for the Study of Somatic Sex Education (ISSSE), Shalom Mountain, Body Electric, Rahi Chun’s work on genital dearmoring, and supervised & mentored by Christiane Pelmas.
Kelly is the author of HEAL to LEAD: Revolutionizing Leadership through Trauma Healing (Wiley, 2024), a radical look at the four fundamentals of high-conscious leadership—starting with trauma integration. They have also contributed similar content to Entrepreneur, Fast Company, and Forbes over the years.
Their thought-provoking Substack—The NEW TLC— invites readers into the depths of trauma, liberation, and communion.
Kelly is also the founder of Consciousness Leaders, the world’s most diverse and equitable speakers agency. With fourteen years of experience as the CEO of a cause marketing agency, Kelly has also served as a consultant to Meta and NASA. For four years, they hosted THRIVE: Your Agency Resource, a sponsored video podcast for agency leaders.
Kelly volunteers with TACT as a Gender Advocate, counseling trans and nonbinary peers. In 2023, they became a legally Ordained Minister. And over the last ten years, they’ve enjoyed connecting with and serving meals to their community through Soup Angels.
