Kelly is the author of HEAL to LEAD: Revolutionizing Leadership through Trauma Healing (Wiley, 2024), a radical new look at the four fundamentals of high-conscious leadership—starting with trauma integration.

Kelly is also the founder of Consciousness Leaders, the world’s most diverse and equitable speakers agency. With fourteen years of experience as the former CEO of a cause marketing agency, Kelly has also served as a consultant to Meta and NASA. For four years, they hosted THRIVE: Your Agency Resource, a sponsored video podcast for agency leaders.
Kelly is a volunteer Gender Advocate with TACT to coach trans and nonbinary peers. In 2025, they became a member of the New York State Psychological Association, and in 2023, they became a legally Ordained Minister. And over the last ten years, they’ve enjoyed connecting with and serving meals to community members in need through Soup Angels.
