This work stems from my profound experience with Ayahuasca (plant medicine) in Peru. It transformed my willingness to play bigger by confronting what was holding me back. I was shown the composition of my heart and what I came here to do. The Reset is how I share my experience, expertise, and intuition with founders, C-Suite execs, and other leaders who feel stuck and absolutely ready for what’s on the other side of that.
The Reset is the immersive portion of 3 months of transformative work together—which includes 1:1 Trauma-Informed Leadership Coaching (4 sessions), The Reset (5 hours), and Strategic Execution as needed (4 weeks) to pull it all together and birth it into existence.
Current or past coaching clients may book The Reset as an addendum to our work together.

Questions?
How do I prepare for The Reset?
I encourage clients to drink a significant amount of water 24 hours prior to and 24 hours after our session. Loose or comfortable clothing is recommended. The most important preparation is to think about your intentions for this work together and to enter the space with your mind and heart as open as possible.
You do not need to bring anything with you. I will have water, tissues, dry-erase markers, a notebook and pen, my Reiki table, and more with me for you.
What is the investment level?
Investment takes two forms:
The Reset is the immersive portion of 3 months of transformative work together. For 1:1 Trauma-Informed Leadership Coaching, The Reset, and Strategic Execution work as needed, the investment is $15,000—payable monthly at $5,000 per month for 3 months). I do offer a sliding scale for members of the BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and disabilities communities.
Current or past coaching clients may book The Reset in NYC for $5,000.
What is the Energy Work at the end of the session?
After all of our deep work, I use the modality of intuitive Reiki to integrate all that you have shifted, cleared and added during the immersive. As a Level III certified Reiki practitioner, I act as a conduit to bring balance to your mental, emotional, auric, etheric, and physical bodies.
Will you travel to me for The Reset?
Yes, I can travel to you if you’re engaging in the 3-month transformative work with me. This assumes that you don’t live in the New York metro area and won’t be in the other locations listed above.
