For cyclebreakers, CEOs, and executive directors: we can work together one-on-one in a trauma-informed leadership coaching relationship, or I can coach your entire leadership team—either individually or in group containers. All options are offered virtually.

Healing Leaders Circle
Healing Leaders Circle

A supportive growth environment exclusively for healing leaders doing healing work in the world—DEI, trauma-informed, social change, gender-affirming or reproductive health advocacy, climate/land justice, bodywork, or energy work. This leadership group coaching container will empower you to trust yourself, remind you to rest when needed, teach you how to be strategic, and prepare for the resistance that comes with more visibility. Offered once per year, the group runs for 4 months and includes up to 20 participants.

Pulling from a myriad of modalities, sessions can include trauma-informed coaching, Reiki, cuddle therapy, intuitive work, and a wide array of tools to help release, move, or transmute trapped trauma in the human energy field.

As a keynote speaker on trauma, leadership and consciousness, I offer four signature talks for organizations across sectors and verticals. The core of each talk serves to connect the audience to the ways in which their emotional past influences their capacity to lead consciously, and how to move forward in a way that transforms the individual and the success of the organization.
