TRAUMA-INFORMED CONSCIOUS LEADERSHIP COACH
You were meant for more.
Your accomplishments impress others, but you’re not lit you up like you used to be.
You have some far-off sense that if you started healing what’s been buried deep inside you, there would be no limit to the impact you could have. But where to begin?
As a certified trauma-informed leadership coach, I help visionaries like you integrate your core wounds and emerge as conscious leaders in the world. I’ll ask the questions that will invite you to think differently and do the deep work for yourself.

Trauma-Informed Conscious Leadership Coaching
Conscious leadership is about cultivating self-awareness and growth in your organization—by supporting the people under your stewardship. Instead of an ego-centric me attitude, a conscious leader embodies all aspects of an inclusive, we approach.
Trauma integration is how conscious leaders develop self-awareness.
A trauma-informed coaching relationship serves to help you see your leadership style through the lens of traumatic experiences in childhood. Together, we repair or release what’s no longer serving you. In this container, my role is to hold space and offer the tools for you to:
correlate past trauma to your present leadership style
engage in compassionate inquiry
explore areas of desired change
be the subject matter expert of your own life
make commitments and be held accountable for action
align your personal values and your leadership vision
recognize trauma response in others, and lead with empathy
Might past emotional experiences be holding you back? Are you afraid of being fully seen or visible for who you are? Maybe perfectionist tendencies, appeasing others, or fear of failure (or fear of success / upper limiting) are getting in your way. Would it be helpful to better understand what’s underneath the words and behaviors of those you lead?
Whether you’re stuck in a period of stagnant growth or working through a major business and/or personal transformation, our in-depth calls every other week will help to work through the issues affecting your short- and long-term success.
Let’s find out together.
