EP 8: Overcoming Sales Objections, with Kevin Campbell

On this episode of THRIVE | The Agency Scaler Podcast, Kelly discusses how to overcome sales objections like a pro with Kevin Campbell (also known as her brother). Learn how to listen, mirror prospects’ language, and steer sales conversations in your direction toward value—in order to close more new business.

While Kevin doesn’t have an agency background, 15 years of both retail and home renovation project sales have given him the opportunity to hone his closing skills with the toughest of decision-makers. Taking a consultative approach, doing thorough discovery, and clearly articulating how you’re providing value and/or alleviating pain points leads to a higher close rate. Period.
