LEADERSHIP RETREAT NEAR SEATTLE, WA
Healing Leaders
A Transformative Leadership Experience
Oct 2-5, 2025 | Outside of Seattle, WA
What’s impacting how you live, lead and love? Whether you’re a leader in your family, community, or organization, your role and relationships can feel more easeful and aligned with your values when you take radical responsibility to heal the emotional pain that has gone unattended for so long.
On this long weekend retreat, Kelly will invite you to go deeper with self-reflection, relational leadership skills, transformative writing prompts and more. Candis Fox will bring their financial wellness magic to the group to begin healing any wounding around money (a stand-in for power, pleasure, giving, and receiving). We’ll conclude each program day with somatic breath work practices to release stored emotion.
If you’ve experienced group or 1:1 coaching, this retreat offers a next layer of integration into relational leadership and embodied power. Based on Kelly’s book, Heal to Lead, these trauma integration modalities are grounded in Buddhist psychology, mindfulness studies, neuroscience research, attachment theory, trauma-informed care, and somatics. Together, we’ll correlate how your survival strategies have kept you from playing bigger. You’ll reconnect to your innate wisdom and the healing power of community, and you’ll remember the gifts you are here to contribute.
Limited to 10 participants.
Includes shared accommodations, all meals and snacks, and access to all amenities.
Two 50% scholarships were available to BIPOC and/or LGBTQIA+ participants in a season where financial support would enable their presence. (These scholarships have been allocated.)

How should I prepare for the retreat?
The most important preparation is to set your intentions for this work together and to enter the space with your mind and heart as open as possible.
Pack loose or comfortable clothing, pajamas, a bathing suit and toiletries. (Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided in each of the five full bathrooms.) Bring a water bottle, a journal and a pen, a book if you like to read during free time, and anything else that may feel good to you (i.e. meditation cushion, yoga mat, or favorite shawl or blanket).
Our chef will be able to accommodate all dietary restrictions, allergies and preferences; however, if there is something specific you’d like to bring for yourself, please do.
What is my energetic and financial contribution?
The investment for this experience is $1,500 and may be paid in full or in two parts (50% upon acceptance and 50% fifteen days prior to the experience.)
Includes:
• shared accommodations for 4 days / 3 nights
• all programming
• all meals and snacks
• all amenities
If you’re able to top up your investment by any amount, it would allow someone else to attend at a slightly discounted rate.
Also, two 50% scholarships are available to BIPOC and/or LGBTQIA+ participants in a season where financial support would enable their presence. Please note this when sending the form near the bottom of the page.
