TRAUMA-INFORMED LEADERSHIP COACH
It's time to rise.
Move out of survival mode and into strategic flow.
You can be highly competent and still be operating from survival—and that doesn’t always look like crisis.
Many leaders I work with are successful on the outside, but internally stuck in patterns of overfunctioning, hypervigilance, people-pleasing, self-monitoring, or emotional shutdown. They’re not broken—they’re adapted.
As a trauma-informed leadership coach, I work with leaders like you—cyclebreakers, senior-level managers, CEOs, executive directors, and entrepreneurs—to remember who you are and what you’re here to contribute, without abandoning yourself in the process. Together, we’ll do the deep work that leads to liberation in your life and success within your organization.

Leadership Coaching
High-conscious leadership means engaging in a lifelong commitment to post-traumatic growth, modeling vulnerability and radical support as cultural norms, and breathing life back into the ecosystem. Instead of an ego-centric me attitude, a high-conscious leader embodies all aspects of an inclusive, we approach to relationship.
Trauma integration is how high-conscious leaders develop self-awareness.
See your leadership style through the lens of the brilliant strategies you employed during childhood. Together, we’ll rewrite and repair old narratives and compost what’s no longer serving you. In this container, my role is to gently challenge you, hold space, and offer the tools for you to:
be the subject matter expert of your own life
correlate past trauma to your present leadership style
explore areas of desired change
make commitments and be held accountable for action
align your personal values and your leadership vision
make space to feel the weight of your emotions, especially right now
recognize basic trauma responses in others, and learn to engage effectively and with compassion
Are past emotional experiences holding you back? Current events making it impossible to work amidst grief, despair, rage, and fear?
Do you have perfectionist tendencies, appease others, fear failure, or fear success (or have unconsciously capped your tolerance for it)? Are you afraid of being fully seen or visible for who you are?
Would it be helpful to better understand what’s underneath your words and behaviors—and/or of those whom you lead?
Whether you’re stuck in a period of stagnant growth or working through a major professional and/or personal transformation, our in-depth sessions every other week (with support in between) will help you make the changes to live and lead the way you desire.
Let’s remember together.
