And my ability to quickly digest and organize complex information helps us get to the root of issues quickly in order to find sustainable solutions.

Working on retainer, I discover and intuit patterns throughout the agency via conversations with each and every staff member. It makes no difference whether your agency has fewer than 5 employees or more than 25. Interfacing primarily with agency leadership, I synthesize and present my findings. We work together on positioning, pipeline and productivity—we craft an innovative business development strategy to bring in more of the work you love—and I help train your team on implementation.
